If I am contacted within 21 days of the original order date, I will either replace or refund any print or product that is deemed unsatisfactory. Requesting a Replacement or Refund

A Note Regarding Custom Framed Prints
Framed artwork may be also returned within 21 days after the original order date. Since these are custom frames, there is a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping that cannot be refunded.
Damaged Items
Damaged items are also covered by the return policy. If an item damaged is during shipment, please contact me within a week of receiving the damaged item so that I can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process, please take some photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products and reach out via my Contact page as soon as possible.
